Dr. Catherine Jackson, JP is a distinguished Business Professor at MSU Denver with more than two decades of experience as a senior Marketing Executive. Deeply committed to service and community, she has dedicated her career to empowering people and uplifting her beloved island, Jamaica. As the former Director of Projects for Food For The Poor Jamaica, she led numerous initiatives focused on social impact and sustainable development. A Justice of the Peace and a trusted mentor to many, Dr. Jackson continues to serve on several public and non-profit boards. Now residing in Colorado, she proudly extends her service through the Colorado Caribbean Social Club, bridging cultures and building connections between Colorado and the Caribbean.
